About Farm Myngenoegen and African Safari Hunting Adventures

About the Owners

Dale & Mary have owned the RSA Myngenoegen Game Ranch almost ten years and have just recently allowed Photo and Hunting opportunities to take place on their ranch.

Dale and Mary and their three children and all seven grandchildren hunt and all have had a chance to enjoy the African experience. Dale has been a big game hunter for over 25 years and has a significant collection of North American, African and worldwide animals in his collection.

Game Ranch policies and programs

If you choose to book with us you are booking directly with the owners; No agents or middle men or mark ups to cover their fees and commissions.

We know the animals and numbers of trophy animals on our ranch and we only harvest a few each year to manage the herds. We only let a few hunters book with us each year and most all of our clients are repeat or referred by prior hunters. We provide the best service and best photo and fair chase hunting opportunities available in the Northern Province. Our staff rates for the use of our lodge and staff facilities are very reasonable for the high quality of service and accommodations we provide and the trophy fees are also very reasonable and lower than most. We will not let you shoot a trophy animal that is not up to your/our standards.

This is fair chase hunting on over 8,000 acres with no internal fences. There are no guarantees but we will insure you have plenty of opportunities to harvest the animals of a life time while here in Africa.

What we guarantee

What we can guarantee is that you will see hundreds of game animals and you will have plenty of opportunities but you must come physically and mentally prepared, and have practiced enough with your camera, bow or gun to have confidence in your ability and equipment. The African animals are naturally wild as a result of being chased by predators for generations and most North American animals are tame by comparison. It is said you hunt hard in Africa for that 3-5 second window and you need to be prepared when that opportunity presents itself.

High towers, bow blinds, ground blinds, river blinds, shooting stakes, and naturally available rests are used whenever possible to assure you have a Great African Experience.

Fair Chase Hunting

FAIR CHASE, as defined by the Boone and Crockett Club, is the ethical, sportsmanlike, and lawful pursuit and taking of any free-ranging wild, native North American big game animal in a manner that does not give the hunter an improper advantage over such animals.
